In the December issue, Dusty Gersanowitz, a renowned Dutch activist, debuted as a columnist for Norden Magazine. We were thrilled to have her join us because she is one of the last truly outspoken advocates for gay rights. Hopefully, more voices like hers will emerge soon, as these rights are once again under threat due to the global rise of populism and far-right ideologies. People like Dusty are more vital than ever.

Naturally, we also wanted to feature her in a photo special and conduct an interview for the December issue. However, she was waiting for her new outfit, so we rescheduled the photo shoot for January 22, 2025.

Here she is, taking a moment to relax while preparing for the upcoming shoot.
