We have been working with Harley K. Winn since the very first issues of Norden Magazine. I believe it was during the second or third edition when we received a request from Omrop Fryslân to visit us. They thought it would be fun to film us at work in the studio.

At that time, Norden Magazine was still so new that it was challenging to quickly find someone willing to pose. It was a weekday, and most drags are simply working on such days. Nevertheless, we posted a callout on social media, and Harley responded almost immediately. She was even willing to travel from Rotterdam to Amsterdam.

This marked the beginning of a long-term collaboration. We witnessed her growth as a drag queen and seized every opportunity to feature her in the magazine. After all, she has a delightful personality and an incredibly infectious laugh.

Harley was also instrumental in the creation of Norden+ Magazine, a publication focused on leather, latex, and rubber, as she is also a leather enthusiast. This duality is quite rare.

To this day, she remains an honorary member of the editorial team for Norden+ Magazine.
